Headless web apps

Sometimes no off-the-shelf platform fits. The brief demands something bespoke — a product configurator, a member portal, a publishing tool with its own logic — and bolting it onto Shopify or WordPress would mean fighting the platform at every turn.

That is where a headless web app earns its place. I bring the same discipline to these builds as to anything else: start with the real problem, ship something usable early, and keep the architecture boring enough that someone else can pick it up.
